Thank you for supporting my small handmade clothing business! Each piece is carefully crafted with intention and love by me, Lindy. Because of the time, effort, and customization involved in creating your garments, we do not offer refunds or traditional returns.
However, your satisfaction is important to me! If something doesn’t fit quite right or you need an adjustment, I’m happy to offer exchanges under the following conditions:
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- We offer two types of exchanges:
- Fit Adjustment: You may send the item back to Lindy for a custom adjustment to better fit your needs.
- Size Exchange: You may exchange the item for a different size (subject to availability).
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs. We will cover the cost to ship the updated or new item back to you.

- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Whether you’d like an adjustment or a size exchange
